Terms and Conditions

Refusal-

I reserve the right to refuse a commission at my discretion if I do not feel comfortable with the commission in question.

Payment and Refunds-

Invoices are sent upon approval of final sketch or draft of a project. Additional details may be an additional charge up to my discretion. I can offer emergency refunds with commission cancellation, but only if the final commission has not been completed and presented to the client. I cannot offer refunds after the commissions have been completed.

Revisions-

I can offer revisions to commissions while in progress, but the complexity of the requested revisions may come at a cost up to my discretion.

AI Training-

Please do not use generative AI for reference material. Please do not use commissions for AI training.
